Customer Responsibility

You are solely responsible for the accuracy, completeness, and final approval of all artwork, content, and mailing lists. All materials must be reviewed and approved prior to production.

Production & Timelines

Production timelines begin only after all required materials and final approvals have been received and acknowledged. Timelines are estimates and may vary based on the completeness of submitted materials and responsiveness of the agent.

Intellectual Property

All designs, templates, and creative materials produced by Stein Posner Real Estate Services, Inc. (SPRES) remains its exclusive property and may not be copied, reproduced, or distributed without prior written consent. Agent represents and warrants that they have all necessary rights to any content provided and agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Stein Posner Real Estate Services, Inc. from any claims arising from such content.

Third-Party Services

SPRES may utilize third-party providers to deliver services, including but not limited to printing, mailing, postal delivery, and photography. We do not control these providers and are not responsible for their performance, delays, errors, or failures.

Payments

All payments are processed securely through a secured third-party. We do not store or retain any payment card information.

Proof Approval

All proofs must be approved within 7 days of delivery. Failure to approve within this timeframe may result in delays, cancellation, or additional fees.

Credits

All credit requests must be approved by management. Agents are required to provide a detailed explanation for the credit request.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SPRES shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising out of or related to the services provided.
